God can only bless our efforts if we put in the effort; the effort that we put in must be consecrated. It is a battle, a war that we go to, so we need to go fully armed.
Xenia was actively involved in ministry with her local church in Papua New Guinea before joining AWR-CDE. In 2024, she felt God’s call to come to the Philippines and serve in the Digital Ministry.
Having been off social media for four years, the transition wasn’t easy. She brought her thoughts to God in prayer, asking, “Do You really want me to go back to social media?” With a heart willing to obey, she returned—but this time, with purpose and prayer: that everything she shares online would point people to Jesus.

That prayer led her to Team Reach, where she became part of a creative team managing digital content. Her role focused on copywriting for social media. Before writing anything, she would remind herself: “Go to the Word of God for primary inspiration.” Through this, Xenia witnessed the Holy Spirit working not just through her words but through the entire process. “There was a lot of prayer and listening—allowing God to speak through each of us. If we’re open, He leads and inspires.”
Although her service at CDE lasted just one year, it left a deep impact on her faith journey. One unforgettable moment was what she calls the “money-in-the-Bible” experience. After choosing to give her stipend to support mission work, she fully trusted God for her needs. One afternoon, as she opened her Bible—something she always carried—she found money inside. “How did it get there?” she wondered. But more than the mystery, the miracle confirmed what she already knew: God is always one step ahead, providing in ways we can’t imagine.
As she wraps up her time with CDE, Xenia reflects on how this season has transformed her. “When you come to CDE, you don’t leave the same person,” she says. “It’s been life-changing—not just watching your own growth, but seeing how others grow in their walk with God, too.”
Digital Ministry has now become a part of Xenia’s life. “You don’t have to wait until you get to CDE to start,” she shares. “But CDE gave me access to tools, people, and training. It changed my perspective—and taught me to be more responsible online.”

Now, Xenia uses her personal accounts to share the Gospel. She says, “My name may be on those social media accounts, but it’s really You, Lord. These are Your platforms. Everything posted here is about You. I don’t want to misrepresent You. God, help me.” The result would be shown in Heaven.
